Dorsi Smith, Owner & Trainer
Dorsi Smith began her migration from the corporate world to small businesses in 1995 with the purchase of Daisy Laundry Company. Although that was short-lived, she continued to assist small businesses until she left Hewlett Packard/Agilent in 2003. Dorsi combines her process focused education, corporate programming, training and Call Center experience with specific needs of small businesses. She's a great translator between technology and business processes.
